What is your shipping policy?
We ship through Australia Post throughout Australia. Several options are available at checkout for you to select, which include parcel post, express post and courier (StarTrack).
What is your returns policy?
Refunds or exchanges are not accepted for coffee purchases, unless in the case of a mistake in packing or shipping on our behalf. We make every effort to avoid these errors, but in the event that you recieve an item differing to that which you ordered, please contact email@example.com and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.
